Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find the answers to the most common questions regarding commissions, the order process, my art, and more. Still curious about something or don't see the answer to your question? Feel free to contact me directly!

What kind of art do you offer?

I specialize in custom digital artwork that captures personal moments, places, and people. This includes both human and pet portraits, home illustrations, and cinematic-style posters. I also have experience with tattoo design, concept art, character design, logo design, as well as animation!

Are all pieces created digitally?

Yes! Every piece is illustrated digitally with an iPad Pro and the software Procreate. The artwork is delivered as a high-resolution file that is perfect for printing, sharing, or displaying online. We also offer the option of having your commission framed for you.

How do I order my own custom piece?

Simply select one of the commission listings on my storefront, upload your photo, and be ready to receive a finished piece within 3-10 days of placing your order!

How long does a commission take?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and current queue, since all pieces are hand-drawn. A delivery time of 3-10 days can be expected. You will be consistently updated on the status of your piece and we will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours of submission.

Can I request revisions?
Absolutely! I include three rounds of revisions with every commission at no additional cost.

How much does a custom piece cost?

Prices vary based on the type of commission you order; an increased number of subjects and/or backgrounds will influence the final price. Each listing will show the final price of each commission option before you purchase. â€‹

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, as all sales are final due to the custom nature of the products. You will have the opportunity to proof your piece before we send the final copy and/or framed copy. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work to replace it and guarantee 100% satisfaction with your end result!

How will I receive my artwork?

Depending on what commission type you choose, you will receive either a digital copy of your artwork or both a digital and physical copy. Digital artworks are delivered through email.

What size are the files you send?

You have the option to choose the size of the artwork for both digital and physical copies. Note: while you can pick any dimensions for digital-only commissions, framed options are limited to 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and for some artworks 24x36.

Can I share my commissioned artwork on social media?

Of course! Once you receive the file, it's all yours to share, frame, and show off. Note: all artwork is for personal use only – commissions are not for commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Do you take on commercial projects or collaborations?

I am always open to new projects and collaborations. If you’re a brand, business, or creative looking to collaborate, contact me or reach out through email with your proposal at isa@pixel-perfect.art
